Due to the nature of our hair products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed, shipped, or used.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there is an issue such as receiving the wrong item, missing items, or damaged goods, you must contact us within 1 week of delivery for review.

To be eligible for any resolution, hair must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
